How fast can we go live?
Usually within 2 weeks of the agreement being signed.
Do you manage any property?
We only take on properties that align with the Ortus Stays brand. If a property needs some updates, we will offer advice but we will only move forward when owners are happy to invest in those improvements.
Can I still use my property?
Yes of course, just block off any dates in the calender than you need for personal use.
Do I need to be local?
No, this is where our full management comes in, we cover everything – we just need you to authorise costs over an agreed amount.
What areas do you cover?
Hornsea, Bridlington, Beverley, Driffield & all surrounding areas. Other locations will be considered if requested.
